Next Tuesday will be the first grade 3 Swimming Experience
(Grade 4's will be working with our Librarian Mr. K on Google apps)
Today we began with drawing in their writing book. I thought they needed to be eased into the new year so we drew instead of writing. They drew pictures about: What they did, What they got, Something special.
We then had gym, I continued reading Harry Potter, introduced the new spelling words, (stand, chat, clamp, crab, wag, flash, trap, camp, tan, snap, hand, ask, bat flap, crash), went to music, did math then learned about the vikings in Social studies. Oh yeah the grade 4's had their introduction to the Gaff computer programs with Mr. K.
All in all a great start to the year.
